Luxury bands also widen the planning range because fixture selection is less settled. Plot size still matters: pair this with the 5 Marla, 10 Marla or 1 Kanal articles rather than copying a neighbour’s sqft rate.
What turnkey still excludes unless stated: land, society/authority charges, furniture, appliances, landscaping, basement. Those sit outside the online range — see estimator methodology.
