Process

Nine steps. Three phases. Zero surprises.

The full Tryino construction path — from architecture drawings to CDA completion paperwork with your keys.

Phase A

Design

Architecture, soil test and structural design — signed off before a single brick moves.

Phase B

Approvals

CDA drawings, submission and NOC. We handle the counter, you handle nothing.

Phase C

Execution & Handover

Demarcation, milestone-inspected construction, and Completion / Stability Certificate at handover.

Deep dive

Every step, written down.

01
Design

Architecture Drawings

Concept, floor plans, elevations and 3D visualisation — signed off by you before we go anywhere near a soil report.

02
Design

Soil Test

Geo-technical bore-hole test on your plot. Bearing capacity, water-table and soil composition feed straight into the structural design.

03
Design

Structure Drawings

Soil-informed structural design — columns, beams, slabs, rebar schedule and detailing prepared by our PEC-licensed structural engineer.

04
Approvals

CDA Drawings

CDA-compliant architectural and structural drawing set prepared to the letter of the current building bye-laws.

05
Approvals

CDA Submission

We submit, track and follow up your file at CDA — handling queries and revisions so you never queue at a window.

06
Approvals

NOC Issued

No-Objection Certificate from CDA / Bahria / Park View — the legal green light to break ground.

07
Execution

Demarcation

Physical layout on the plot: axes, setbacks and building footprint marked and verified against the approved drawings.

08
Execution

Construction & Inspections

Grey structure through to finishing, executed against a bill of quantities. Third-party inspections at every major milestone.

09
Handover

Completion / Stability Certificate

Snag list closed, warranties issued, and the CDA Completion / Stability Certificate handed over with your keys and drawings.

Nine clear phases

Why a written process matters

  1. 01

    Why process matters

Residential construction in Islamabad fails most often at handover — not because of bad intent, but because scope, payments and approvals were never written down. Tryino’s nine-step process maps every phase from soil test to CDA completion certificate.

  2. 02

    Design, grey, finishes

Phase one covers architecture, structural design and authority submissions. Phase two is grey structure with weekly progress photos. Phase three delivers finishes, snag lists, utility connections and keys with documented warranties.

  3. 03

    Deliverables per step

Each step below lists deliverables, typical duration and what we need from you (drawings approval, milestone sign-off, material selections). Payment releases align with these steps — you never pay for finishes while foundations are still open.

  4. 04

    Mid-build recovery

Already mid-build with another contractor? Contact us for recovery audits: we document remaining scope, stabilise structure where needed, and quote completion under a fresh milestone plan.
