Construction scope

Grey Structure

Structural shell and basic MEP rough-ins.

What is grey structure construction?

Grey structure is the structural shell of a house: foundations, RCC frame, masonry, slabs, basic plaster and MEP rough-ins, without interior finishes. Tryino delivers that scope against a written BOQ with engineering supervision and weekly photo reports in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Finishes, kitchens and fixtures stay out unless the BOQ says otherwise. Use the calculator for a grey-structure planning range, then confirm inclusions in a quotation.

Typically included

  • Foundations and RCC frame
  • Masonry / blockwork
  • Roof / floor slabs
  • Basic plaster
  • MEP rough-ins
  • Roof waterproofing basics (where included in the grey package)

Typically excluded

  • Flooring, paint and interior finishes
  • Kitchens, wardrobes and sanitary fixtures
  • Electrical fixtures and most MEP finishes
  • Furniture, appliances and landscaping
  • Land cost and authority / society charges unless separately stated

Exact inclusions are defined in the project BOQ and specification schedule.
